What goes into the party planning process?
With every party request, we ask EXACTLY what the child is wishing for their dream party to be.
When it's time to plan a child's birthday party, we'll gather as much information about the child as possible. We'll send them a questionnaire to find out their favorite cake flavor and what they want for their birthday. Every party includes:
- Cake
- Ice Cream
- Themed Decorations (chosen by the child)
- Wall Decor (minimum of 3)
- Balloon Garland
- Table Cloth
- Streamers (2 colors minimum)
- Party Favors (for parties celebrating 12yrs or younger)
- Plates/Napkins/Silverware (all children will have themed table settings if possible)
- Solid Plates for adults
- Candles
- Card for Child
- Birthday Banner
The child gets to choose flavor or cake/frosting and ice cream. We have amazing baker around the community who donate their time and talent to make cakes that match the theme of the party.
And then there is the gifts! Every child gets to create their own Amazon wishlist with gifts that they want for their birthday. Our goal is make sure each child has $250/gifts, however we rely 100% on community donations for all gifts and there is no guarantee to quantity.
